At Broome Lagoon you will experience the best of both worlds, an elevated, rural setting, 15 minutes’ drive to Broome centre with a stunning ocean vista for miles.
Here you are set for a relaxing holiday as soon you drive up the sweeping driveway, through the mango orchard and step inside this spacious holiday home.
You’ll be drawn straight onto the alfresco deck by the infinity pool to take in the 180-degree views across to Gantheaume Point. Enjoy morning coffees, long lunches, and afternoon drinks as the children play in the pool and the sunset casts the magical Broome glow. During whale migration you can whale watch from this vantage point.
This stunning fully furnished home includes six bedrooms, four bathrooms and is situated right on the ocean’s doorstep. Designed with quality fittings and tastefully furnished throughout.
The living room, dining and well-equipped kitchen all have stunning views through the bi-fold doors that open to create a seamless indoor outdoor entertaining, pool, BBQ area.
The spacious master suite is at one end of the house, with views, an ensuite, huge wardrobe and direct access to the outside shower.
Two standalone bungalows each contain two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room. One bedroom with ensuite is also privately located nearby. The property has great separation creating an ideal situation for shared holidays with family and friends.
The 11-acre property has one of Broome’s original mango orchids and if you are lucky enough to be here during mango season you can pick and eat (or make mango daiquiris) to your hearts content. Children will love the space to run, explore, play ball games, and see kangaroos at dawn and dusk. Adults will feel a sense of freedom and release from everyday life whilst staying here you will not want to leave.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
30% deposit is required 4 day from booking date and the balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no fee 2 weeks prior to arrival date will incur 50% of the total fee and cancelation less then 2 weeks will receive no refund.

Directions
Travel along the Broome to Derby Highway about 10km, you will see a large sign "cape Levegue" Road ( I also think it say Coconut Wells ) turn left travel about 3 km to Mcguine Road, turn left travel about 9km bitumen road , this road turns into Laurence Rd our property is on the crn of Williams Rd and Laurence Rd, the entrance is off Laurence and there is white bogenvillas all around the fence line, also a sign on the drive way fence saying "21". The caretakers house (Rod and Rose) is at your right they will be expecting you.

Tropical Paradise
Quality spacious house with three bungalows. Lots of room for everyone to come together or to separate to quietness. Yoga on the lawn to beautiful sweeping views, pool for 24 hour fun. Cards, at their huge dining table. Kitchen huge to cater for everyone. This property was well worth the money and our family of 10 hope to revisit again. Management were just a phone call away and very accommodating. A+ all round :)Simply Stunning!
This is the best place to stay in Broome! Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing from the beginning. Just a short 15m drive from Broome central, this is a tropical oasis. Massive pool that's great for kids, very spacious and comfy rooms, great kitchen and great living areas. The view is amazing all day long and at sunset it's just.... The best!Great hosts! Super easy going, very helpful, fast and clear communication.
Amazing family holiday home
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The separate accomodation is perfect for a couple of families/friends! The spacious land is perfect for the kids to run around, and the views are outstanding. Highly recommend this property! Absolute pleasure to stay here. Kids had a ball. We can’t wait to return!
