Description

Big Rock Dreaming is the ideal escape for those seeking tranquillity, privacy, and a connection to nature. This stunning property, set on a sprawling 6-acre wooded block, accommodates up to 8 guests and is perfect for couples' retreats or family getaways. The home features a light-filled open-plan living area with a Smart TV and modern kitchen, all with a serene bush outlook. Guests can open up the living area to the large decked balcony, perfect for outdoor dining with a BBQ or simply enjoying a morning coffee from the Nespresso machine.


The home includes three main bedrooms: a king bedroom with ensuite and a private entrance, a queen bedroom, and another king bedroom that can be converted to two singles. Additionally, the rumpus room offers a sofa bed, making it a comfortable sleeping area for two children. The master suite is airy and features its own access from the balcony, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

It was our first Christmas holiday in the SW and we’re very fortunate to have found this place for our group of 2 small families. The house was as described, surrounded by tall trees and open areas for the kids to explore, and about 5mins drive from Dunsborough town and beach.
The house was clean and spacious, has good view of the surrounding nature, and complete with all the amenities listed. The beds were comfy, and there’s ample seating for everyone. The deck was our favorite hangout, with an outdoor dining table and BBQ — perfect for wine nights. We felt right at home, it provided us peace and quiet after a day of touring the region.
The host was very proactive and friendly, provided us with reminders and detailed instructions.
We are very happy with this place and will definitely recommend it to our friends. We hope to come back in the cold season so we can try the campfire area in the back.

Great house for a Christmas get together with our adult children, in the bush but very close to town. As overseas visitors it was great to find the property as described and with beds made up as requested. Close to many lovely beaches, we loved our week there.
