Margaret River Chauffeurs (MR Chauffeurs)

Reservations and bookings are accepted by Margaret River Chauffeurs to which the following terms and conditions shall apply:
General Payment for the full amount of your experience will be deducted from your credit card within 48 hours from time of booking or can be paid directly to Margaret River Chauffeurs bank account. A 2.5% Credit Card Merchant Fee applies. We accept Visa and Mastercard. It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to Experiencesmith which will held on file for up to 1 month after your experience to secure and guarantee bookings and only charged for any incidentals such as but not limited to damages bond and cleaning.
We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans. Prices quoted are current at the time of printing and may vary due to seasonal variation special events or other reasons beyond our control. Any price variances will be sent to you in writing and a full refund offered if you notify within 48hours that you do not wish to proceed with the booking.
The Private Chauffeur is by Mercedes Viano which can hold up to 7 passengers and strictly non-smoking.
Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused by them to the vehicles and a cleaning fee of $150 will apply if deemed appropriate. Drivers will not tolerate drunkenness or abuse and have the right to terminate the service at any time for any type of misconduct.
Personal Belongings Personal property and belongings and any loss or damage to same is the sole responsibility of the client not the driver nor Margaret River Chauffeurs.

Cancellations and Changes Any cancellations beyond 14 days prior to the experience the total amount will be refunded less a 10% administration fee. For cancellations within 14 days all monies will be forfeited. Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.

Privacy and Security Data processing and payment will only be performed by Margaret River Chauffeurs and any personal details will be held by Margaret River Chauffeurs for the duration of the reservation and/or experience and for up to 1 month after such unless advised otherwise. Credit card preauthorisation is necessary to cover any additional expenses including but not limited to damages cleaning and expenses. Experiencesmith will not store your personal data for any other purpose than for the necessary processing of payments and will not share your personal data with any third party.

Liability Disclaimer As there will be no contractual agreement between you and Margaret River Chauffeurs the agent Margaret River Chauffeurs will not be liable for circumstances outside their control. By booking through The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association the guest agrees with the terms and conditions within. Margaret River Chauffeurs will endeavour to facilitate all possible requests and may not always be able to meet these obligations. Margaret River Chauffeurs complies with all Australian company requirements and has general and products liability to the value of $10million.
