Outside: Large Deck with under cover alfresco dining area Pool Floating Jetty with space for a 15m boat (power available on jetty and water available on retaining wall). Parking available for up to five cars. Unfortunately there is no guest access to the garage. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Amazing Exmouth Holiday Rental
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.34 Gnulli Court is a fantastic house for a holiday. Lots of space to spread out, top notch facilities and the pool is great. The jetty is very handy to moor your boat with only a short cruise to the Gulf. Highly recommended!
