With ample parking for cars, boats, and all your adventure gear, this property is built for functionality. Step inside, and you’ll find a fresh, stylish space boasting newly painted walls, a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, brand-new furniture, and polished wood floors.

Bluebone is perfectly designed for family or group stays, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two larger bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk bed (with the top bunk suitable for children only). The two bathrooms—one freshly renovated—are positioned at either end of the house, offering both privacy and convenience. A new split-system air conditioner cools the main living space, while box air conditioners in each bedroom ensure everyone stays comfortable during Exmouth’s warm summers.

The outdoor area currently features a cozy patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining setup, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. Even more exciting, a large deck is in the works, set to enhance the space further in upcoming renovations.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
