Our 17 fully restored Heritage rooms, 9 Standard and 8 Deluxe, are comfortably furnished with queen size beds.
Standard Room: The Standard Rooms are located in wings of 3 rooms and have two bathrooms shared between the rooms. Standard rooms have access to tea and coffee making facilities in the upstairs Tea Room.
* Located in a wing of 3 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms in each wing
* Rates are for two people. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
* Bedding Configuration is 1 x Queen-sized bed.
The room has the following facilities: Small colour T.V, Clock Radio, Ceiling fan,
Ironing equipment & hairdryers available &
Access to a communal tea room & balcony
Deluxe Room:The Deluxe rooms have the added comfort of an ensuite bathroom, colour TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, Internet access, tea & coffee making facilities & mini fridge within the room.
* Rates are for two people. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (with folder beds).
* Each extra guest is $30 per night.
* Bedding configuration is 1 x Queen-sized bed.

Rosie OGradys requires 24hrs notice prior to check in of any cancellations otherwise full fee for the first nights accommodation will be charged.Guests can only be checked in during the opening hours of the hotel as we do not have 24 hr reception.

Beautiful Place
I stayed here with two friends during a conference in December last year (2010), so I can't comment on the pricing. I also usually stay at hostels, not hotels.The place is beautiful. It has the sort of look which begs you to whip out your camera so that you can show your friends you were actually allowed to sleep in what looks like a bit of history. There is also a giant leprechaun near the pub, which I found amusing. I stayed in a deluxe room. There was good room service each day and the room was beautiful.
A good old fashioned pub
Wonderfully unpretentious Irish Pub. The main regular staff are such genuinely wonderful people that they will always have a loyal following. The happy hours are great value too. The atmosphere is so friendly, warm and relaxed and they exemplify what a good old fashioned pub should be.Authentic Irish Pub
Nice to visit an authentic Irish pub for a Guinness and great (slow) food. The Whiskey Chicken Wings are unusual in Perth & excellent! The fish and chips are not greasy or overly battered and the veggie burger is tasty!
