Cancellation Policy - KOT cancellation fees apply:
Days of Notice and Fee that Applies:
- Notice given 90-61 days prior to departure - Loss of deposit
- Notice given 60-31 days prior to departure - 50% of tour price
- Notice given 30 days or less prior to departure - 100% of tour price
All cancellations must be received in writing by KOT and are not effective until this notification has been received. If your holiday has commenced 100% of the full tour price is charged. There is no refund if parts of the tours are missed.

Broome to Perth 16 night Tour. Fantastic!
Did the Jewels of the West Coast and Pilbara Tour Broome to Perth with Kimberley Overland Tours. This was a great experience - best available accommodation, comfortable 4WD bus and a small friendly group of 18. We now have lasting memories of a first-rate trip based on a varied and well planned itinerary. We have in the past done a number of outback tours with different companies and can say that KOT was right up there with the best of them. The Ultimate Kimberley Outback Tour was such an amazing experience, and very different to anything I have done before. Choccy & Greg were a great couple running the tour. They were easy to get on with and had a wealth of knowledge of the areas to pass on, not to mention great spotting of birds and wildlife. Maybe a suggestion to take binoculars would be good, although there were a set on the bus available for use.The gorge walks were stunning, and the timings, despite some early starts, were planned to not be in the hottest part of the days, and to miss a lot of people from other tours on the tracks.
The seaplane trip to Horizontal Falls was amazing, along with the night on the houseboat.
Choccy and Greg were great hosts and readily shared lots of stories of the aboriginal history. The food was great, particularly the well organised lunches on route.
Definitely a holiday I would recommend to anyone looking for a great adventurous trip!
Our second trip with KOT!
Our second trip with KOT (we travelled through the Kimberley last time). So we came back for more! This time we travelled from Broome to Perth accompanied by our eldest daughter Lisa (her first ever tour with everything laid on!). Travelling on a 4WD bus with not too many passengers, so you get to know everyone and have lots of fun together. Knowledgeable guides, well organised, great food and some magical experiences. Walks are varied to be suitable for all abilities. We haven't invested in a 4WD car and caravan (that would spend most time sitting unused on our property), so a great way to see the outback of Western Australia. Thanks KOT!
