Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy - KOT cancellation fees apply:
Days of Notice and Fee that Applies:
Notice given 90-61 days prior to departure - Loss of
deposit
Notice given 60-31 days prior to departure - 50% of tour
price
Notice given 30 days or less prior to departure - 100% of
tour price
All cancellations must be received in writing by KOT and
are not effective until this notification has been received. If
your holiday has commenced 100% of the full tour price is
charged. There is no refund if parts of the tours are missed.
