Description
Located on a beautiful five-acre property in the Swan Valley, The Sacred India Gallery brings to life the sights and sounds of spiritual India.
Free guided tours of the gallery, which features intricate hand-carved displays, walk-in installations and an amazing miniature exhibition, are conducted on weekends and public holidays at 12pm and 4pm.
Part art gallery, part museum, this is a maze of fascinating artefacts, walk-in installations, traditional Indian carvings and numerous information boards, maps and photographs that capture the sights, sounds and mystical atmosphere of spiritual India – no wonder a recent visitor called it “a beautiful, magical kingdom”.
The resident Artistic Director of the gallery is Jagattarini Dasi (Janne Wesley), an Australian Hare Krishna devotee and former actress whose love for spiritual India is the driving inspiration behind The Sacred India Gallery.

Awesome gallery
Its an Awesome gallery. Must visit at least once, I would go there again many more times. Such a positive spiritual experience.Hidden gem
Rightly called the hidden gem of the Swan Valley, this unexpectedly rich and insightful experience is perfect for newbies who know nothing about India but are curious to know more. It is like entering another world...artistic, joyful and informative. We enjoyed our guided tour with thoughtful and deeply knowledgeable Shree. I would highly recommend!
Peaceful Place
My husband and I stopped by at this place on our way to Swan Valley. Everyone there was so friendly and accomodating. The place is not that big but very pretty, clean and very organized. We were so amazed by the intricate dioramas. Khrisna Leela, our tour guide explained everything clearly, patiently answered all questions we had and she also gave us tea and snack. Got to talk to the monk as well at the end of our tour. Very peaceful place. Hidden little gem. We definitely recommend this place.
