Sun and Sea Travels is an accredited Inbound Tour Operator established in Perth since 2015. We are a member with ATEC and Tourism Council of WA. Our tour itineraries are hand-crafted, innovative and conducted professionally. We are the only Chinese ITO remains active operation throughout the past 2 years despite of the pandemic.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring we strongly recommend you take out personal travel insurance to cover your lost in the event of cancellations. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation Fees for 1-4 Days Tours
30+ days prior to departure; no fee payable
15-29 days prior to departure; 25% fee payable
7 – 14 days prior to departure; 50% of total price
6 – 3 days prior to departure; 75% of total price
Within 2 days (48 hours) of departure; 100% of total price
Cancellation Fees for 5-7 Days Tours
30+ days prior to departure; 10% of total price
15 – 29 days prior to departure; 25% of total price
7 - 14 days prior to departure; 50% of total price
Within 6 days of departure; 100% of total price
If you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion no tour refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation house properties travel agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.
