Octopus Garden Marine Charters

No Show & Cancellation Policy – “Scenic Cruises”- as applying to all bookings via Bunbury Visitors Centre for “Scenic Cruises” conducted by Octopus Garden Marine Charters in waters off Bunbury including Bunbury Inner & Outer Harbours; Casuarina Boat Harbour; Koombana Bay & waters of the Indian Ocean within 3 miles north; west & south of Bunbury.
Octopus Garden Marine Charters undertakes to authorise Bunbury Visitors Centre to refund all monies paid for all & any bookings for “Scenic Cruises” that CAN NOT be undertaken due to the following:
-Illness or Accident to crew members of Octopus Garden Marine Charters vessel such illness or accident preventing Octopus Garden Marine Charters from being able to SAFELY undertake the “Scenic Cruise”
-Machinery breakdown to the vessel preventing Octopus Garden Marine Charters from SAFELY undertaking the “Scenic Cruise” OR completing the “Scenic Cruise”
-Weather conditions ( as determined by Octopus Garden Marine Charters) preventing Octopus Garden Marine Charters from SAFELY undertaking the “Scenic Cruise”
-Any other event preventing Octopus Garden Marine Charters from SAFELY conducting the “Scenic Cruise”
Once any & all “Scenic Cruises” are booked & pre paid NO refunds will be authorised by Octopus Garden Marine Charters TO Bunbury Visitors Centre if the booking party (ie the passengers) do not present themselves at the designated departure point at the designated time from which & when the “Scenic Cruise” will depart UNLESS 24 hours notice ( 24 hours prior to designated departure time) is given by the booking party OR Bunbury Visitors Centre to Octopus Garden Marine Charters via telephone contact.
