Run by the local shire the Visitor Centre is open Mon 9.30am-1.30pm, Tues-Fri 9.00am-4.00pm, Sat and Sun 9.30am-1.30pm. Open public holidays 9.30am-1.30pm (except Christmas, Boxing Day and Good Friday).

Melanie was lovely! My wife and I always stop by at the Visitor Centres to check if there's anything we missed when planning our trips. Melanie explained different tours, tourist points and even wrote down what time everything is supposed to close.Definitely give them a visit
Deb looked after us and was so helpful and extremely entertaining to listen to, had me laughing :) not only did she give us things to do and see in Geraldton but gave us great tips for up the north west coast also.Incredibly helpful staff
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. They are incredibly helpful at making suggestions of things to see in the area, as well as highlighting when there are tours (a number of them free/for donation) at points of interest. I think I ended up going to every place they suggested and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Geraldton.
