Dugong Villa is located in the very popular Village Quays the Exmouth Marina. With a south facing courtyard verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting, leading down to your own private boat jetty, this compact two story villa is a perfect base for your Ningaloo Reef Holiday experience.
Three bedrooms are all located up stairs on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 king singles. Great for singles, couples or families. There is a second shared family bathroom also situated upstairs.
Downstairs is the open plan kitchen and living space which leads out to the private verandah. There is also a laundry downstairs for your convenience.
Parking is limited to your two allocated parking bays at the property. One is undercover of the carport and the second bay is next to it. Boats will need to be unhitched from the trailer should you wish to park on the hard (and not use the jetty). There is no additional parking permitted in the surrounding grounds, and space is limited for turnarounds. So should you be bringing a boat of substantial size, you will need to keep it on the jetty.
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
All linen and bath towels are provided.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Ideal for large family, even with cranky teenagers
Also couples traveling together. Big, clean, super quiet and 4 minute drive into town. ExcellentHouse is clean & well equipped
Lynn provided bathroom amenities, laundry and dish washing powder so that we did not have to take care of that which is very convinient. The house is located at the Marina und it takes just minutes to get to town with supermarket etc. Light and spacouis, with good air-con. We liked to get there after our tours trough the Cape Range NP. We would recommend a car because everything is quite a way to go and we did not see public transport. Book in advance. As we arrived at the airport some people asked for cars and everything was gone. If you book a whaleshark trip we can recommend Ningaloo Blue. The team was great and really taking care!!! Much different to others as we experienced on the next tour to the Islands in the north (but anyhow a very good place to go). Comparing to the other accomodations we saw at Exmouth this is really a good place to stay and (for Exmouth) a good price level. We would book again.Fabulous location for a spotlessly clean and well equipped villa
