•Payment /refund policies
The company operates a 7 day refund policy if you cancel a booking more than 7 full days prior of the event you will be issued full refund minus any applicable associated fees and charges imposed by a third party or organization this includes but not limited to non-refundable deposits paid to other organizations as part of the event merchant fees bank fees etcs.
Unless otherwise requires full payment 48 hours prior to the event. Online bookings being confirmed. The customer will be required to make these payments before the system will reserve your booking for the event.
•Charters are subject to weather at master kippers discretion before departure of all charters
•If selected charter cannot go ahead an alternative date will be offered.
•No refund for seasickness. We strongly recommend that you visit your pharmacist and fully discuss seasickness prevention to ensure you have an enjoyable cruise
•BYO is allowed on the Classy Lady (alcohol) we encourage responsible drinking at all times
•All booked guest must be at the pickup point at least 20 minutes before departure of all cruises
•Substitute vessel can or will be use in any unforeseen circumstances and the vessel will be AMSA /DOT approved
•Departure point will be at Sardine Jetty in the Fremantle fishing boat harbour
•For the safety of all patrons children must be closely supervised by their parents or guardian at all time. Classy lady Charters will not be responsible for any injuries that may occurs
•There is no shuttle bus associated with this cruise
