The asparagus masterclass is a discussion of all things asparagus with a tutored wine tasting, inclusive of lunch and dessert.
Join Alfred Edgecombe to learn about the history of the Swan Valley and the humble asparagus over a cup of barista coffee.
You’ll then head to the veggie patch to pick some fresh asparagus for your lunch.
Finish the day by eating the asparagus harvested with your own hands, washed down with fine wine from Edgecombe Brothers. Dessert is included.
Guests will receive an asparagus crown to grow at home.
