Shark Bay Holiday Cottages and Caravan Park has been an iconic landmark in Denham since way back in the 1960’s, around the time the coastal highway was sealed and when the area was first accessible to tourists.
Chances are if you’re from WA, your parents or grandparents will have fond memories of holidaying at the cottages. In fact, some of our guests have been coming here for over 40 years!
Shark Bay still has that old coastal fishing town charm, where days on the water meet balmy evenings. Today, more and more couples and families want to experience the beauty only fishermen knew about decades ago.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, there there will be no charge applicable.
If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival there will be no refund applicable.
There is no refund for early departures.
Pets ARE welcome! However pet owners NEED to abide by our Guest Pet Agreement. We do charge an additional cost per night, per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per site or cottage. $20 per pet per night, payable on arrival.

Amazing choice
I stayed here for 4 nights and the cottage was just newly renovated and really nice. I had mentioned we were travelling on our honeymoon and he had made the towels into swans and had a bottle of champagne there and everything. We were really surprised and my wife loved it. Have been coming here for years old accommodation but in clean and very livable condition. Close to beautiful beach front and all town amenities. Plenty of parking for boats and great fishing abounds. Gary (new manager) is very helpful.
