Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
STANDARD Bookings the cancellation policy is as follows:
•48 hours or less of the scheduled check-in date and time of 2pm no refund.
XMAS EASTER and PUBLIC HOLIDAY Bookings the cancellation policy is as follows:
•Within fourteen (14) days but up to 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date and time of 2pm a 50% cancellation fee applies.
•48 hours or less prior to the scheduled check-in date and time of 2pm a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. In special circumstances solely at the management’s discretion you may be offered such amount as a credit for a future accommodation stay.
If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced on arrival there are no refunds.
Please note that credit card details are required on arrival at Banksia Gardens Serviced Apartments for security for any incidentals.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Great place to relax
Spacious clean 2 bedroom unit for a 2 night stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Room service available with great variety and yummy food, well presented. The second night I decided to cook and although they had cooking facilities they weren’t well equipped kitchens. Breakfast was included in my package which was good. Not a huge variety but offers a satisfactory breakfast. I would definitely stay again.Very good
