Description
Mountain Park Retreat is a large two storey Queenslander style character built home, with beautiful Verandahs right around to capture the breathtaking views.
The homestead sleeps 10 people and is perfect to share with other family or friends.
It is tastefully decorated comprising of five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The living area is open plan which includes a large kitchen, dining room, games room, family room and formal lounge all decorated in modern friendly colours.
It is fully equipped with all the comforts and has an indoor SPA Bath, Dishwasher, Microwave Air conditioning, Heating and Ceiling Fans in every room. It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need including a full size oven and cooktop, large fridge and freezer and lots of benches and cupboards. There is also a BBQ and outdoor setting in a covered pergola area.
There are fabulous features in the home which everyone will enjoy. There is a pool table in the games room and separate Family room with TV/DVD/VHS downstairs and Children's Television room upstairs. The formal lounge room is very peaceful for reading, relaxing or just enjoying the view quietly. There are gorgeous views from every room in the house, with large wrap around verandahs to enjoy the sunshine, have a drink and take in the lovely views.
There is plenty of room for outside sporting activities and includes a full size cricket net, basket ball hoop, dartboard and plenty of room for golf, football, soccer and any outdoor sports.
Close to the Avon River and Dumbarton Bridge this tranquil 50 acre parcel of private land sets the atmosphere for relaxation, privacy and enjoyment. The Avon River is within close walking distance to the house, why not take a short stroll down to the Dumbarton Bridge and check out the bird life.

A booking deposit OF ONE NIGHTS FEE is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. THIS ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT CONFIRMS YOUR BOOKING.
We require a confirmation form for bond security to be signed instead of a cash bond.

Directions
Mountain Park Retreat Toodyay is on the Perth side of Toodyay approximately 75 kilometers (around 1 hours drive) east of Perth. A lovely quick drive not long to travel, but relaxing beautiful country air to enjoy and feel like you have really got away from it all.

Beautiful property to escape reality
