Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Deposit Policy
No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.

Special rural experience
A truly memorable experience for the location, luxurious and comfortable furnishings, complimentary platter and assorted treats. The outlook over the property enhances the opportunity to relax while also watching the beautiful horses, kangaroos with joeys, and bird life in their natural environment. Majuba Country Lodge is a must stay for anyone travelling to Albany! To start, the owners Johann and Andrea are amazing hosts, so welcoming and helpful. The location is absolutely breath taking, waking up every morning to a view of the lake, horses and kangaroos was a highlight of our trip. The room is simply divine, modern furniture, sleek look, and amazing for some cute photos!! The location also made it so easy for us to do everything on our list, so convenient yet you are far enough from big towns to feel truly in the country. Also Majuba Bristo is a must for dinner, the steak and margaritas where the best we have ever tired. My partner and I can’t wait to return next year.
