Le Riviera is located just a street away from the iconic Middleton Beach and the award winning Hooked Fish and Chips Cafe, Rosemary and Thyme gift boutique, Bay Merchants Cafe and Patisserie and Rats Bar - Albany's legendary wine bar is situated just next door. Parks, barbecues and facilities are located within walking distance at Eyre Park and Middleton Beach.
Downstairs is the Living, kitchen, dining, laundry & toilet, patio and upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom with luxurious corner spa bath. There is a one bay carpark and an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property.

For bike enthusiasts cycle paths are accessible and can get you in to the town centre as well as out to Emu Point whilst enjoying the seascape along the way.

From Albany Visitor Centre, head up York street, turn right at Serpentine Rd roundabout, left at the roundabout onto Aberdeen St, continue along and go straight through the roundabout onto Middleton Rd. Continue along, turning right at the roundabout onto Adelaide Crescent. Pass Eyre Park and entry to the villa is on the left just before 'Hooked' fish and chips.

The hosts, Caroline and Robert are a beautiful couple, very friendly and accommodating, beautiful and peaceful place, serene, with wild life, a pool, pet friendly, Our little dog, Wendy made a new little friend in their adorable little girl, cutie, would nightly recommend this placeHighly recommanded
I highly recommend this beautiful Apt. We had the most fabulous stay. It would be one of my favourite ever accommodations. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in the best location. Everything had been thought of by Priscilla and was top quality. I really appreciated little things like plenty of quality towels in the bathroom and the option of blankets in the bedroom! I love that! So many airbnb's have nothing other than a ridiculously heavy doona on the bed. And when we had a problem with the TV (our fault we didn't check it was plugged in properly) Priscilla went out of her way to call in and help us out. So kind! We can't wait to get back down to beautiful Albany again and will not ever stay anywhere else.wonderful location
The apartment was clean and tidy and in wonderful location, for us it ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend!
