Lang Chalet is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home located in the picturesque Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate. INTERIOR
Inside, Lang Chalet offers all the comforts of home, with a cozy living area, log fire, and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the kayak provided to explore the dam or enjoy a night under the stars around the outdoor fire pit. The chalet is perfect for every season, with a log burner for winter warmth and alfresco dining spaces to enjoy the summer sun. A starter pack of firewood is provided in the winter months, and additional firewood is easily sourced locally.

With its 4 well-appointed bedrooms, including two with ensuite bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. This makes it ideal for families or friends looking for a serene and luxurious retreat. For larger groups, additional properties, including Charlie Bravo, Bonnie, and Piper, are available nearby in the same estate.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
