Gum Grove Chalets offer two and three bedroom character chalets and deluxe villas that satisfy a range of accommodation needs. Affordably priced and dog friendly, nestled in a tranquil bush setting and featuring wood fires and wheelchair access, our chalets and villas are self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, colour TV and lounge area.
Gum Grove is located only 500 metres from the Bibbulmun Track, 3 km from the township, restaurants and cafes, and only 3 km from the beach. It is an ideal location to commence day trips to the Tree Top Walk, Albanys Frenchmans Bay, local wineries and the Stirling and Porongurup Ranges.
Relax in the quiet surrounds of the natural Australian bush, just minutes from one of the best swimming and surfing beaches on the south coast of Western Australia. Within minutes, you will know that this is the place to unwind and forget about work for a while.
Chalets
Our 8 clean, comfortable, self-contained chalets have 2 and 3 bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living area and their own toilet and shower. The 2 bedroom chalets sleep from 2 to 6 people and our 3 bedroom chalet can sleep up to 9 people. One chalet is suitable for wheelchairs and has a gas heater for the winter months. The other chalets each have a potbelly fire and all windows are fly-screened for your comfort. All the chalets are furnished with lounge and kitchen furniture, colour TVs, refrigerators, electric cooktops, microwave ovens, kettles and toasters.
Villas
Our 2 bedroom villas sleep up to 6 people and are fully self-contained, with a combined kitchen/living area and their own toilet and shower. Both villas have queen size beds with electric blankets, hair dryers, TV and DVD players and gas heaters for those cosy winter nights. Each kitchen has a full gas stove and microwave.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
PLEASE NOTE that the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centre) may charge a cancellation fee and that this charge is in addition to any charges listed below. The following policy must be read in conjunction with the Booking Agent Terms and Conditions.
OPERATOR CANCELLATION CHARGES
FOR PEAK PERIODS (School holidays and long weekends)
For bookings cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival - full refund.
Less than 28 days prior to arrival - no refund unless the property can be re-booked for the same dates.
FOR OFF PEAK PERIODS
For bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival - full refund.
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival - refunds are at the property owners discretion.
Once the guest has been checked in there are no refunds for a reduction in the number of days or the number of guests.

Peaceful Holiday
Our family of 5 (and dog) stayed at Moort and Banksia chalets, peaceful environment and perfect for us. Close enough to town for convenience and far enough away for quiet. Perfect base for our activities (Albany, Denmark environs, Bluff Knoll, Greens Pool and many more). Would definitely return - maybe a cosy winter break?Compact, charming and nestled in the trees
The chalet was exactly what we needed for our weekend away. Nestled amongst the trees, it was very rural and felt very unplugged and relaxing. Was good to have such a short drive from Denmark itself and many things that we wanted to visit and do. The Chalet isn’t new but it is well maintained.wonderful easter stay
A group of 6 friends, we stayed in the Tingle Chalet over the long weekend. Only 10 minutes drive to Denmark, the chalet was very clean and tidy. It was fully equipped and had a wonderful shower in the bathroom which is separate to the main living area, very helpful with a big group! Mark was very accommodating and available. I especially liked the heater which kept the whole chalet very toasty and warm. Great outdoor area, and fully kitted out communal bbq area which we had to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends visiting the Denmark - Albany area. A great, affordable stay.
