Property Features: Air-conditioned with a modern split system. Comfortable Queen bed. Cold bar fridge, an electric kettle, some crockery and cutlery. Chest of drawers, a tv and a barbeque. Bathroom consists of a toilet, shower, and hand basin. Alfresco area with a table and chairs in front of the villa is perfect for a barbeque. Parking for a car and boat / trailer adjacent to the holiday village. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Stayed as a couple for 3 nights. Small space but clean and comfortable, with aircon and hot shower. Great location too, walkable to the shops and restaurants :)August 2020
Perfect location in the Centre of town. All you need for your holiday.The place to stay for a short getaway exploring the reef.
Had all you needed for a holiday stay in Exmouth. Close to everything . Keira was great , I made a silly mistake accessing my key and she was there in minutes to help me out .The property is exactly what it says it is , cosy , clean and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the information centre
