Upper storey features a lounge room, dining area, balcony & water views, fireplace, split system air conditioning, well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, & 2 bedrooms with balcony access, roller shutter & ocean views.
The yard is a spacious 867sqm block with side access for parking large caravans, boats & jetskis, plenty of grassed area for kids & pets to play, enclosed rear private courtyard, on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles, hardly any traffic.

Shooting Star
Beautiful spot to recharge and enjoy the company of a loved one. The waves crashing make for a peaceful sleep and some really beautiful views from the balcony. We were lucky enough to see a shooting star! A lot of time was spent upstairs in front of the indoor fireplace, great space ! Random is very friendly and accomodating, my wife had a knee op recently and we asked if we could get access to the downstairs bathroom even though it is is not included the listing, Brandon really appreciated. Thanks for the great stay we will be back again soon!Perfect choice for family time
