The space
A complete renovation of this magnificent property provides you with an exceptional and rarefied holiday experience. We left “no stone un-turned”. Even the roof is treated with a heat reflecting membrane and all water is treated to ensure softness and purity. 5 air-cons enable comfort indoors. Over 100 square meters of brick paved and timber decked outdoor living areas accessed by French doors and our bespoke craftsman-built grand entrance. The home is spacious and roomy and our furniture carefully selected to ensure the elements. This is a most unique property and we know you will love it.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

loved our stay
Loved our stay at earth house. We were able to relax and enjoy broome and it’s close to everything. The house is lovely and tucked away with a beautiful garden. Our group consisted of a one, two and three year old and they loved it as well- although it’s probably more of an adult/older kid house we still loved it. Richard and the property agent he uses in broome were super easy to deal with and really helpful- even dropping off a high chair for us and giving us an early check in so we could let the little ones have a midday nap. We had an amazing stay at Richard's place - it felt like staying at your friend's place! The house is beautifully furnished with bits and pieces that felt very personal and welcoming - lots of interesting touches! The hospitality was above and beyond and we hope to return soon :)Central location
An absolute treasure. Quiet but still central location. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is a little oasis and the best place to calm down. Beautiful house, perfect for families. Top appliances and beautiful artwork. We had the best time and we would come back in a heart beat! Thanks Richard for communicating so well. Perfect host!
