A cancellation fee of 1 nights stay will apply to all reservations cancelled more than 28 days before arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival. PLUS any cancellation fees charged by the booking agent (e.g. the visitors centres cancellation fee)

The Ocean Beach Holiday Park will be offering the option to change the date of your booking or take a credit for up to 12 months from date of cancellation; without a fee up to 14 days prior to arrival. Any difference in booking value due to a credit transfer will need to be paid. This excludes all December/ January/ Easter peak school holiday periods.

Refunds are only given to bookings in full that are unable to attend due to circumstances out of their control (government restrictions). Customers that are still within the cancellation period 28 days and they wish to cancel their booking the amount paid will be refunded less the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a night’s tariff cancellation fee.

No refunds are available from 28 days prior to arrival.

Sorry no refunds for no shows late arrivals early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

Accommodation

Chalets: All linen is provided. Accommodation is not serviced; linen change is provided on request.

We reserve the right to move guests to accommodation within the requested category on if necessary.

Prices are subject to change.

No fires are allowed in the park.

Maximum of 6 persons (family) and one vehicle and one tent OR caravan OR camper per site.
