With four bedrooms sleeping a maximum occupancy of eight persons. There are two King bedrooms, and two singles in each of the other two rooms. Making six beds in total. The master King bedroom has an ensuite and all the bedrooms have their own television.
The main bedroom ensuite has a ‘Jack and Jill’ vanity and double shower, and the second family bathroom has a shower and a small bath, great for the little kids and infants.
The internal living spaces are expansive and open plan, with the modern kitchen opening onto the dining table which seats eight, and the smaller lounge area. But this house is all about the ‘great outdoors’ there is so much living to be done on the massive expansive verandah.
The separate laundry has a front loader washing machine. There is a small separate office with a desk for those pesky holiday emails. The property is fully air-conditioned throughout.
The owners car will be left in the driveway out of the way. There is still plenty of parking for boats and cars. The shed is locked and not for guest use.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
All linen and bath towels are provided.
All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Our family of four recently visited Exmouth for a little over a week. WOW!! What a beautiful place in the world. Our rental from Ningaloo Reef Holidays was the perfect place to stay while visiting. The location was fantastic for early morning and evening beach walks and a great home base for our travels around the Cape. The house was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen for cooking meals. It was handy having a washer and drier and an outdoor area to hang wet swimsuits. We appreciated all the information provided in the binder regarding current restaurants, where to find a grocery store, what to do with recycling, where to rent beach chairs and a canopy, etc. Most importantly, we received the needed assistance when necessary. Luna was very responsive, quickly returned my emails, and was a very big help when we had any questions no matter how small.
