The home includes four bedrooms; Bedroom 1: Queen sized with large ensuite and spa. Bedroom 2: Queen sized. Bedroom 3: Two singles. Bedroom 4: Two singles. All these are serviced by a large family bathroom with separate water closet and a full laundry. Outside: Large expansive deck and a fully fenced yard. Barbeque. Fully functioning sink. Plenty of space for three cars, boats or trailers (height restriction under carport of 2.1m) Private jetty and canal access. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
