Outside: Large landscaped back yard with undercover entertaining area, outdoor lounges, fire pit and new barbeque. Parking available for multiple boats and cars at front of house. Rod holders and shelving. Fully secured back yard for pets. Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
