We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
We give you the opportunity to change or cancel bookings up to 14 days prior to stay without penalty. After 14 days payment is forfeit unless we can re-book your room then refund of portion booked will be made
Tours can be cancelled up to 14 days prior without notice. All payments will be taken 14 days prior to date of service and there will not be a refund at that stage.

full payment will still be required.
Rooms have a maximum of 2 guests except the Wallcliffe Spa which can accommodate extra guests for a charge. We do not accommodate guests younger than 13.
Check-in is STRICTLY 3-9pm unless arrangements are made with owners.

Directions
The Rosewood Guest House is located at 54 Wallcliffe Road. From Perth on Bussell Highway travel through the townsite to the top of the hill, turn right and Rosewood is located 0.7 kilometres on the right hand side. There is a small round about on the nest corner with Railway Tce if you miss our driveway you can turn safely there.
From Augusta direction, turn LEFT into Wallcliffe Road at the High School, just as you enter the townsite.

Our hosts, Keith and Jane, were welcoming and so friendly. They truly create a warm ‘home away from home’ environment. The guesthouse is inviting and there are areas to relax and unwind. The breakfast menu was varied each day and the stewed fruits were delicious ... thank you Jane! Keith was most helpful in providing suggestions on where to go, wineries to visit, how to get there and where to eat. Our room was comfortable and clean ... plenty of hot water. It was the subtle little things like the port to enjoy at our discretion, the chocolates left in our room each night and the kindness of such genuine hosts that made our stay so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!!Exceptional
