In a very convenient and quiet location Chandlers is a short-stay, 2 bedrooom, free-standing house situated about 300m from the Fremantle Markets and Fremantle CBD and is opposite a lovely park. The small group of townhouses is reached down a long drive which is behind a row of historical terrace-style homes so it is quiet with no passing traffic. The bedding arrangements are 1 queen bedroom and 2 king singles in two upstairs bedrooms. The upper part of the house is fully airconditioned. Downstairs is a full kitchen, laundry and toilet with an outside setting, lawn and paved perogla area with BBQ. There is off-street parking for one car. There is lovely light from the north into the whole house with a solar pergola providing shade in summer and light in winter. Cots are supplied at a small fee and 1 child under 4 years of age is free. Local phone calls and free wireless internet access are included in the price. Self-catering and serviced excellent comfort accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Minimum Stay 3 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 6. Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
