Description
New Haus is our ‘modern brother hotel’ directly across the road from the Hougoumont. Very different in style, New Haus is for those looking for more room or a simpler style. With five different room types, New Haus has something that caters to your needs. All our rooms have been recently refurbished including brand new king size beds, carpets, curtains, lighting and 43 inch smart TVs. We have also upgraded our Wi-Fi network.
All New Haus rooms come with the same attention to details as our Hougoumont rooms. Quality linen, bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee, Tea and toast light continental breakfast included from 7 am to 9.30 am (on Sunday from 7.30 am to 9.30 am). All rates also include Cheese and Wine from 5-6pm.
The ground floor has a spin class space.

Directions
Located in the heart of Fremantle, we are not hard to find. If traveling to Fremantle by train, after arriving at Fremantle Train Station exit and cross the road onto Market Street, follow this street straight into the heart of Fremantle until Bannister Street approximately 300 meters. Turn right onto Bannister street, and you will find us just inside the street on the right at number 15.

It was cheaper to stay than get a taxi home ? booked this accommodation for three adults sharing one room. We we're visiting Fremantle, my sister was visiting from UK. It was cheaper to stay a night than getting a taxi home. This hotel was very basic although, had everything we needed. Great customer service ? definitely will return.Perfect Location
Great location, friendly staff, room were quite comfortable and clean,short distance to main st where the restaurants are, short stroll to the cruise port, parks, fremantle gaol. Highly recommend the hotel.Fantastic location for a night out in Fremantle or good base for sightseeing if a tourist.
Have stayed a couple of times, in a deluxe room and a deluxe 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Lovely clean premises, modern. Reception staff very helpful. Location is perfect to have a great night out, enjoy a restaurant/bar. So many places to choose from for breakfast the next morning along the cappuccino strip.
