If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.

Excellent view and a lovely house
Loved the view and the house was very spacious. Kitchen was well fitted out with rate little extras like cooking oil, glad bake and sandwich press. Was very clean and well maintained.Perfect Getaway

Great spot for a stay in Albany! very spacious place with scenic views from the balcony. Only a short drive to the city center. Highly recommend Martins listing for a stay in Albany. The area is also very quiet which is perfect for a getaway in Albany. Th e fish and chips around the corner is also a must!
