Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
2pm hold on all rooms unless guaranteed with a credit card. Reservation must be cancelled by 2pm on the arrival day to ensure credit card is not billed.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

From Perth or the Albany Airport proceed down the Albany Highway. Ibis Styles Albany is conveniently located at 369 Albany Hwy, Albany opposite Toyota.
From Denmark proceed to the Albany Hwy junction and turn left into Albany Hwy and the motel is on the left hand side.
From Esperance proceed to the Albany Hwy junction turn right onto Albany and the motel is on the left hand side.

We have stayed in 5-star hotels and the Ibis room that we stayed in left some for dead. Comfortable bed, a very clean room and the staff were so friendly. Thank you Ibis for a great stay that didn't break the bank.Good Stay
It is a good place to stay as the car parking place is provided. While we arrived, there was no staff in front of the counter, but they out a notes guide us to the restaurant area to look for staff. The staff we got in the restaurant area just so friendly to get help.
