For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 14 days from the booking date – the deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations, made in writing, up to four (4) weeks prior to the arrival date – we will make every effort to re-book the property the accommodation fee will be refunded subject to the above conditions.
