Margaret River, Augusta, Hamelin Bay and the beautiful Blackwood River all close by. Chalet has two large bedrooms. Bedroom one - has a queen size bed, bedroom two has a queen and single bed. Chalet has a full kitchen and laundry, making it very functional. Large bathroom with spa bath to relax in. Separate toilet in laundry, air-conditioning. Enjoy outdoor living on the patio with your own bbq facilities. Dont feel like cooking? Karridale Tavern is within walking distance and offers wonderful meals with a large dine-in and takeaway menu. General store and Roadhouse close by for convenience, and Augusta has full shopping facilities including IGA, bakery, butcher and sporting/fishing stores.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
48 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation. During peak periods i.e. Christmas Easter long w/ends Leeuwin concert & school holidays we require 14 days notice or no refund can be given. If we are able to re-book a full refund will be given less the visitor centre fees.

Directions
Situated between Margaret River and Augusta in the townsite of Karridale on Bussell Highway. Follow Bussell Highway out of Margaret River heading towards Augusta. Karridale townsite is situated 28 km (23min) from Margaret River. 100 metres passed the tavern on the left you will find the gravel driveway entrance to the Karri Ridge Chalets (these chalets have formerly been known as Brilea Cottages)

Fantastic peaceful location
Great 2 bedroom self-contained home, spotlessly clean, relaxing farm outlook, a short stroll to Karridale Tavern for delicious food. Short drive to Hamlin Bay or Augusta. Highly recommend we will certainly be backReally nice
