Description
Only 15kms from Albany CBD. A spacious air conditioned, light and bright 2 bedroom chalet, with a fully equipped kitchen. The pantry comes stocked with oils, herbs, seasonings, cereal ect.. and there are a few complementary items left in the family sized fridge upon your arrival. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and at the time of booking you can choose to have a king sized bed or two long single beds in the 2nd bedroom. A comfortable outdoor area with gas BBQ. Large open areas for the kids to play footy and a sand pit for them to enjoy. The back yard is fenced and you are welcome to leave your dog here while you venture out for the day. Private access to the Kalgan River is just a short walk through the farm and there are 3 kayaks you are welcome to use.

More than 28 days notice a $100 cancellation fee. Less than 28 days notice - 40% cancellation fee. Less than 14 days notice no refund (unless alternative booking can be made).

Ideal for pet lovers
Great location, very relaxing, so nice to kayak and feed the horses and the large dog runs with sheds are ideal for pet loversGenerous hosts
We loved the friendly and generous hosts, the lovely new place equipped with everything you could need to cook with or amuse yourselves on a rainy day (books, games, comfortable chairs etc). Comfortable beds, plenty of space and modern bathroom and kitchen. Very peaceful and quiet area northeast of Albany, just 30mins drive to Two Peoples Bay. A great stay, recommended! :DThey have thought of everything
I Would Highly recommend Kalgan Retreat! Like in the Movie The Castle... How's the Serenity! Such a True Statement! It's been Great to be able to bring Our Dog on Holiday! He has His own Kennel & Play Pen Outside & is able to come inside to hang out & Sleep. The House is BRAND NEW, Full of all the mod Cons & Stocked with Everything you need! Bianca & Glen are Such Welcoming Hosts & Happy to Help with anything you need. Bianca helped My Daughter Ride a Horse, She had so much Fun & all Our Children Played happily together! It was Great! The outlook from the House is Amazing. There are Horses in Paddocks which your able to ride & the Kalgan River is only walking distance away with Kayaks ready for you to use. They have certainly thought of Everything! Thank you for a Lovely Stay
