Kings Den has the WOW factor. It is a huge 4 1/2 star luxury retreat just for adults including a 2 person spa, sumptuous king size bed & a courtyard featuring an outdoor shower.
Salt Box is a funky executive retreat. Enjoy the big skies with sweeping views of the coastal hills and treetops. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it makes for a comfortable bushland getaway in 4 1/2 star luxury.
Cakes n Ale Cottage is set high with views over tree tops towards the coastal reserve. It is a large 4 star deluxe 2 bedroom cottage, well equipped with deluxe furnishings.
The Snug oozes old world charm reminiscent of your Grandparents house. With 2 bedrooms & set within it's own 1/2 acre of gardens, it makes an ideal, safe getaway for families. 4 star rated.
All cottages are spread well apart and are accessed by private driveways so you are not disturbed during your stay & can enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature in peace & quiet. We are located adjacent to West Cape Howe National Park, only 1.5kms from Lowlands Beach & close to the Bibbulmun Track.

Cakes n Ale Cottage is a home away from home for sharing with friends or family and is perched high with views over tree tops towards the coastal reserve. It is a large 2 bedroom cottage (102 sqm), well equipped with deluxe furnishings and polished timber floors. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and 2 king singles in the other which can be configured into another king bed to suit 2 couples making an economical weekend escape. It has a open plan kitchen and a large bright living space leading to a deck where you can enjoy a BBQ with the birds or do some serious star gazing.

Salt Box is a funky and luxurious executive bushland getaway. Enjoy the big skies with sweeping views of the coastal hills and treetops. This large (146sqm) cottage has a stylish king bed master suite with a spa ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms can be configured as 4 king singles or 2 king beds. These share a large, bright and airy central bathroom. There is a well appointed kitchen that the budding chef will love to perform in. A spacious lounge/dining area is the perfect place to chill and leads to an outdoor BBQ deck - great to while away those summer evenings.

The Snug oozes old world, cosy charm reminiscent of your Grandmothers house. It is roomy (80sqm) with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped with quality furnishings and polished timber floors. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 singles in the other and a country style kitchen with jarrah table and old fashioned kitchenette dresser. The veranda is just perfect for watching the sun set or enjoying a BBQ. The Snug is set within its own 1/2 acre of gardens and lawn surrounding the cottage - great for kicking a football or a spot of cricket, fully fenced for children's safety (and to keep the kangaroos from eating the garden plants!)

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Conditions:
More than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Full refund (less a $50 administration fee). Within 2 weeks of arrival: No refund unless the vacant days are rebooked then one nights tariff cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours of arrival any reduction in length of stay the total cost of the original booking will be charged unless the vacant days are rebooked. Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.
Occupancy Conditions:
1The number of guests should not exceed the number that has been booked and paid for.
2All guests and visitors are required to be registered so they are covered by insurance and relevant licences. This is also an essential safety regulation in the event of evacuation.
3The accommodation and facilities are provided for registered guests only; therefore any non paying visitors are prohibited . The tariff you have been charged does not cover costs for additional visitors - cleaning breakages rubbish removal power water gas consumption wear and tear etc. Contravention may result in additional charges or immediate departure being requested.
4If friends or relatives are booked into another cottage then you must congregate off site and not at any individual cottage. Movement of items or equipment from one cottage to another is prohibited and will result in additional charges.
5Departure time is 10 am, the cottage is to be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. We may inspect the property prior to departure and additional cleaning fees may be charged.
6Check-out is strictly 10:00am Additional charges will apply if housekeepers are required to wait for you to vacate the premises.

A great accommodation and food
The host/people were very nice, helpful and we got a lot of informations (eating/drinks and surroundings).The dinner (Pie) and breakfast were very delicate.
The location and the cottage were also beautiful.

Absolutely loved it. Peace & tranquility. Owners also deliver room service meals to your door. A personal touchQuiet Retreat with a touch of home comfort
Booked for a couple of nights but extended the stay as we enjoyed the tranquility. David and Gaynor run the cottages are always on hand if you need help, but are never intrusive. The location being off the beaten track means the early morning and late eve ning wildlife are frequently passing close by and a quiet session on the verandah is rewarded with being in close proximity with nature. The facilities are excellent but do not expect to be connected via WiFi or 4g, it's just not possible. I found a phone signal by going down the unsealed track several hundred metres. WiFi is at reception which is too far to walk so I never tested it. This is part of the charm of the place, you just chill out. David and Gaynor provide an evening meal of food pack service at excellent value which solves all problems if you are not too organised. This is the place to stay if you want the bush experience without the rough edges.
