Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
No fee will be incurred unless the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date. In this case there will be an automatic non-refundable charge equivalent to 1 nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking whichever is the greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
