This tastefully appointed self contained three bedroom, two bathroom chalet style villa is located a matter of minutes from the beach and golf course.
There is a spacious open planed living/dinning area with a fully equipped kitchenette including oven, hot plates and dishwasher. Linen is supplied, including electric blankets for the queen sized beds. Full laundry facilities are provided and a cot and high chair can be supplied on request. The garden has a full fenced patio and BBQ.
In the store room there are two bicycles and 2 sets of golf clubs (L & R handed) available free of charge. This accommodation will suit those seeking medium to long term accommodation or simply a weekend getaway.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Clause:
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Idemntity: The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result -which are caused by the client and/or any members of the party and the Owner can require payment from the client to cover any such costs.
