Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any cancellation made up to two weeks prior to arrival is fully refundable less a $50 administration fee.
Refund of bookings cancelled within two weeks of arrival date are subject to the discretion of the operator.
In both cases a $50 administration fee will be incurred.

To help you find us more easily, here are some simple directions for the last few kilometres from Dunsborough:
- Follow the road out from Dunsborough towards Yallingup.
- Before you get to Yallingup, turn left at Yallingup Hall onto the Caves Road continuation, sign posted for Augusta.
- Approximately 1km after the turn you will see Marrinup Drive on the left - turn here.
- About 250 metres along, again on the left, you will see the driveway entrance with a white sign saying Yallingup Luxury Retreat - turn left here.
The villas are located along the left side of this driveway, each villa is named.
