Nestled in the dunes of Yallingup Beach, a stone's throw from the iconic Yallingup Lagoon and a short walk down the Ghost Trail to Caves House. Yallingup Dunes is suited for families and adventurers alike, having both a sheltered lagoon for safe swimming, and world-class surfing break out beyond the reef.

Enter this modern home into the living area which has comfy couches for relaxing and a Smart TV for those lazy days! A contemporary kitchen with all the requirements to make a chef's meal. The dining room opens out onto the rear patio, you can dine in or out, or BBQ in the outdoor covered patio.

On the ground level is a large bedroom with a bunk bed, a sofa and Smart TV and a small laundry area with washing machine and dryer for your use.

Making your way to the second level of the home you will find two bedrooms both with Queen beds with wardrobes and a bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower. The master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite is also on this level and have robes too!

Enjoy a local coffee shop within walking distance for coffee or breakfast, or travel a bit further and explore local wineries, artisans or just watch the sunset on Yallingup Beach.

There is parking on site. Please note that all cars must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. There is no street parking available.

If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
