Overview

A rural property with beautiful tall spotted gums lining the long, windy driveway. The property offers vineyard views, beautiful gardens, plenty of birdlife and rolling lawns to kick the footy, play cricket, finski & croquet.

The classic residence has been handcrafted to maximize the real down south appeal and is well positioned to take in the surrounding land offering sweeping views over the property's vineyard, native trees, landscaped gardens and orchard.

A huge open living zone features stunning marri ceilings, wood fire, polished concrete floors, classic kitchen area, handcrafted door & window frames, jarrah floors and country style verandahs.

There's a modern fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms and a new bath, reverse cycle air-conditioning, outdoor BBQ area on the shady verandah and an outdoor shower.

There are 5 bedrooms in total. A choice of 2 king bedrooms downstairs (one with ensuite). The other three bedrooms feature king single beds.

Less than 15 minutes drive south of Dunsborough and Yallingup, this two storey home is conveniently located at the doorstep to Black Brewing Co, Domain Naturaliste winery, Cape Lodge restaurant, Clairault Winery, Frui Momento restaurant, Cherubino, Black Brewery, Vasse Virgin, Hayshed Hill, MR Chocolate Factory, Amelia Park Winery, Aravina, Pierro, Flutes, Cullens, Vasse Felix, Moss Wood, Wills Domain, Woodlands, Fraser Gallop, Vasse Felix and wedding venues just to name a few.

Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by the renowned tourist attractions of Black Brewing Co, Cherubino. Cape Lodge, Domaine Naturaliste and Frui Momento the majestic Cape to Cape countryside.

Guests travelling with children must also note that there is an UNFENCED DAM less than 500 metres away and young children must be supervised at all times when outdoors.

Water restrictions apply at this property. It is important to limit water use and not leave taps running as this property is not on scheme water.

If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

Linen is included with every booking. This property is self-catering, however, a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

To confirm your reservation with Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card. For bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please retain your pre-paid credit card until at least two weeks after your departure, as refunds can only be processed to the original card used.

In the event of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable unless we can re-book the property for the same period. If a re-booking is secured, we will refund your payment minus a $100 administration fee. We strongly recommend obtaining holiday and travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

In the unlikely event that Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals must cancel your booking, we will endeavour to reschedule it within six months of the original date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. No additional compensation will be offered.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly recommend that guests secure Holiday & Travel Insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances. Please note that COVID-19 is regarded as a known event and a foreseeable risk. Guests are encouraged to ensure their insurance policy includes coverage for cancellations due to the need to isolate as a result of COVID-19.
