Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
50% deposit required with all reservations unless booking is within 14 days of arrival then must be paid in full. Cancellations incur one day cancellation fee if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival unless the property is re-booked.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Approximately 10 minutes from Albany CBD, east of Albany.
From Albany CBD travel east along Lockyer Avenue at roundabout take Ulster Road. Travel east along Lower King Road, right into Elizabeth Street which becomes Alison Parade.
