William Bay Cottages are located in beautiful Denmark, along the Great Southern coastline of Western Australia. Our seven self contained cottages allow guests to immerse themselves in a unique country atmosphere whilst being close to the sea. Situated just 15 minutes from Denmark's town centre, we're a stone's throw away from some of the regions most popular attractions including Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks.
The family owned and run cottages are built from timber and stone with cosy wood log fires adding to the magical rustic charm of the area. The spectacular 330 acre property adjoins William Bay National Park offering guests a private walk trail through to the popular Mazzoletti Beach. The cottages are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and offer stunning views through picturesque woodland of Karri and Peppermint trees.
In addition, William Bay Cottages also offer guests a Games Room facility with WIFI access, tennis court and morning animal feeds for an authentic hands on farm experience.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
We understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that both we and our guests are treated fairly.
In the event of a cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded less a $100 admin fee.
In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days or on occasion of an early departure of any number of guests, the booking will be non-refundable and the total amount of the accommodation will be charged. If we are able to re-book the accommodation for the same time period, the balance of the accommodation cost will be refunded minus a $100 admin fee.
We recommend travel insurance to cover you in the case of an emergency, sickness or other mishap.
DATE CHANGES
Date changes prior to 30 days of arrival, wont incur a fee.
Date changes within 30 days of your reservation are considered a cancellation and will therefore be subject to our cancellation policy.
Shortening a stay is considered a date change and will, therefore, be subject to this date change policy.
Extending a stay can be requested at any time without incurring any fees and the request may or not be accepted subject to availability.
The new booking date must be within 12 months from the original booking date and only one date change per booking is permitted before an administration fee of $150 is applied.

Directions
Depart Denmark town site, travel West along South Coast Highway approximately 16km. Turn left onto Rice Road (just past Bartholomews Meadery). Follow the signs to the office, which is the first building you will see as you drive in.

An absolute gem!
I recently stayed at William Bay Cottages and was absolutely blown away by the setting in the trees and the presentation of the beautiful well maintained cottages. My family stayed in “Splendid Wren” which is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage and was clean, well maintained and had beautiful decoration to make it feel very homely.Although the distance from Denmark was a little further than we would have liked it is definitely worth the 15 minute drive from town to enjoy the peaceful serenity that William Bay Cottages offers - we really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and listening to the only sound which was the beautiful bird songs.
I would highly recommend a stay at William Bay Cottages and would certainly stay here again if visiting Denmark in the future.
Perfect Getaway
We have visited Williams Bay Cottages several times over the last fifteen years and we have always been very impressed with the high standard of the accommodation. The property has a mixture of natural bush and paddocks as well as being a working farm.This is a beautiful part of the world and we cannot think of a better place to stay whilst exploring the region.
Full-size houses in the middle of the forest
"First time visit to this really great collection of 7 chalets- all a long distance from each other for privacy. Each are full-size houses. The Pioneer chalet I stayed in had 2 large bedrooms for adults (Queen beds) with a massive bathroom and spar, and a third bedroom with 4 single beds. Huge kitchen/dining/family room with top-quality kitchen appliances. The wood fire had no problems with heating this large area, though bedrooms could have done with a small column heater in winter to take chill off these spaces. Just 10 minutes from Green Pool. This company also has animals that children can feed and a large games room with pool table and table tennis table."
