Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
At Wilga Farm Stay, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
1. Standard Reservations
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Bookings labeled as "non-refundable" will not qualify for a refund, regardless of the cancellation time.
3. No-Shows
If guests do not show up on the day of check-in without prior notification, the reservation will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Changes to Reservations
Requests to modify a reservation (such as changing dates) will be subject to availability.
Changes made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date are free of charge.
Date changes requested within 14 days of check-in may incur a fee of up to 25% of the booking total.
6. Group Reservations (3 or more rooms/cabins)
Cancellations must be made more than 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

If driving south from Donnybrook on the South-West Hwy, turn left at Donnybrook-Boyup Brook Road, 1km out of town. Drive approximately 45 km, we are on the right (30 kms from Boyup Brook).
If driving from Boyup Brook, follow Donnybrook-Boyup Brook Road towards Donnybrook. Drive for approximately 30kms, we are on the left.
