Wildgreen Villa

Located within the expansive grounds of Rivendell Winery, Wildgreen Villa is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house sitting proud at the back of the estate overlooking two freshwater dams. The perfect place to holiday down South and experience all the region has to offer.

The large kitchen, dining and living room is the first space you enter and when you do you will automatically feel at home. With a fully equipped kitchen you can make a beautiful evening meal with local produce and discuss the days events. Curl up in the loungeroom or even in the theatre room with friends or family to watch a movie and relax. The bedrooms are all large and spacious with built-in wardrobes and ducted aircon throughout for your comfort.

The grassed area at the front of the property is fenced, so the children can run and enjoy the fresh country air. Feel free to talk and walk to the cellar door for coffee or to sample Rivendell's beautiful wines. There is also a playground for the kids to enjoy. Perhaps you may want to show your competitive side and have a game of tennis on the court within the grounds? There is so much on offer when you choose to stay at Wildgreen Villa.

A short distance from the house is two large water bodies, these are unfenced and child supervision is critical. Swimming is not permitted within these dams.

The single car garage at the property is not available for guest use.

*Small dogs are allowed but if walking through the estate, the dogs must be on leads at all times If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
