Description
The house features a large front deck and enclosed yard, perfect for lazy afternoons enjoying a BBQ or sunset drinks. Entering the house, the main living, kitchen and dining area are at the front of the home with views to Geographe Bay. The master bedroom and 3-way ensuite are also at the front of the house with great views. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle section of the house and both have queen-sized beds. At the rear of the house is the fourth bedroom, which has a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 and the living area are air conditioned. Bedroom 3 has a ceiling fan and is cooled and heated by the air conditioner in the main living area.
There is a small rear with a grassed area and clothesline to hang your washing or beach towels. A washing machine is also available for use.
Parking is strictly limited to 4 cars.
Linen is included with every booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bath mat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To confirm your reservation with Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card. For bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please retain your pre-paid credit card until at least two weeks after your departure, as refunds can only be processed to the original card used.
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable unless we can re-book the property for the same period. If a re-booking is secured, we will refund your payment minus a $100 administration fee. We strongly recommend obtaining holiday and travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event that Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals must cancel your booking, we will endeavour to reschedule it within six months of the original date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. No additional compensation will be offered.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly recommend that guests secure Holiday & Travel Insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances. Please note that COVID-19 is regarded as a known event and a foreseeable risk. Guests are encouraged to ensure their insurance policy includes coverage for cancellations due to the need to isolate as a result of COVID-19.

Fabulous location
Set in a prime location in the beautiful town of Dunsborough this home was a treat. Presented well, really clean & well stocked. We had a fabulous stay at White Dunes Retreat.Perfect location for families in Dunsborough
The location of this property could not be more perfect. Directly across from the most beautiful beach which is awesome for kids - nice and flat with lovely sand and no seaweed. It is also located SO close to town - we walked in each morning to grab a coffee from "Local Dunsborough" coffee shop and the kids could play at the playground across the road. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor seating area out the front is lovely. Will definitely recommend this property, especially to families.Beautiful location
We had a wonderful week stay , house was big and clean . Nice area at the front for the kids to play safely . Walked a couple of minutes into town each day . We will be back
