Nestled in quiet Little Grove across Princess Royal Harbour from Albany, right on the water, is stunning Sunrise House. Sunrise House is a fully equipped, self-contained 4-bedroom 2-bathroom waterfront home. Main bedroom with water views has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (sleeps up to 2);
bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen size bed (sleeps up to 2);
the 3rd bedroom is fitted out with 2 long single beds which can be used separately or joined together to form another king size bed (sleeps up to 2),
and a 4th bedroom has one set of bunk beds - 1 top single bed and 1 bottom double bed (sleeps up to 3). A portacot and high chair are available on request.
Open plan living areas make it ideal for families. The ample sleeping arrangements make it easy to accommodate even 2 families. A large covered outside area at the back has a BBQ and secure under cover parking. There is an ample enclosed back yard where little ones can play safely.
Take in glorious sunrises, different every day, and enjoy a sundowner on the verandah in the gentle sunset colours playing out in the opposite eastern sky. With Albany's lights shimmering on the water, you can't get enough of the evening views. Every day brings new things to enjoy, bird life on the water, ships loading cargo at the harbour terminal... even the occasional storm will be part of the ever changing scenery.
Popular Middleton Beach is 15 minutes away. Or fancy lazing on deserted white sands with turquoise water instead? Goode Beach and Frenchman Bay are just 10 minutes further along the peninsula. Attractions such as the Gap are almost next door. Or if sailing is your thing, the yacht club is within easy walking distance. A level bike path leading all the way to Albany runs right past the front door. Or jump on your road bike and cycle to Frenchman Bay instead. And then there is the 4WDing and fishing...
For the ultimate relaxing holiday, Sunrise House as your base is hard to beat. Start the day sipping a good coffee while drinking in the sunrise right in front of you. Play hard at surfing, fishing, sailing, biking, hiking, then finish the day with a coldie and the catch of the day on the BBQ. The king size bed in the main bedroom will be patiently waiting to reward you with the most comfortable sleep you could wish for.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation with more than 30 days of arrival will be refunded fully.
Cancellation within 30 days to one week will incur 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellation within one week of the arrival date will incur the full fee; in the event that the nights are resold we are happy to provide a refund.
Consideration will be given for extenuating circumstances.
Covid policy: In the event of Covid lockdown preventing travel to our property the same conditions will apply.
