The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lock-up garage, a secure lock-up back yard and extra parking for car or boat.

The home has a tile fire with all wood supplied and the fire set for guests. The boat ramp is close by, and the 'doggy' beach is adjacent. In a very quiet, safe area of the town with all of the attractions close by.

Quality restaurants, wineries, and vineyards are conveniently placed, and the premier destinations of Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River are easily accessible, as are the beaches and breathtaking scenery of the west coast.

Rates:

Rates are for up to 4 people. Extra persons $50 each per night

Weekdays: $195 night ($180 a night for a 5 night stay starting on a Sunday)

Weekends: $250 night (Friday & Saturday nights)

School Holidays: $225 night (weekdays, weekend rate as above)

Peak Season:* $285 night ($260 a night for stays of one week or longer)

*Easter, Dec.16 - Jan.31, Major events (eg. Jetty Swim, Leavers, Forest Rally, Ironman, Triathlon etc)

Bedroom 2 - DOUBLE bed

Bedroom 3 - TWO double bunks (4 SINGLE beds)

Lock-up garage, on-site car parking for 3 vehicles.

Every mod.con. (flat screen UHD TV, DVD, radio, iPod dock, gas BBQ, tile fire with wood provided & fire set (winter months), hair dryer etc,
outdoor setting, high chair, cot available on request, secure lock-up back yard, extra parking on site for boat plus cars).

This is a very quiet area with the BEST BEACH in Busselton 20 metres from the home.

Boat ramp 200 metres, Shops 400 metres, Bike path adjacent - Ride along the beachfront.

3 adult & 3 children's bikes provided (NOT helmets). Crab nets & floats, children's toys.
