Welcome to the Margaret River Region ... from us an invitation for you to indulge yourself at Ellensbrook Cottages. Nestled on a private rural property and offering peace and seclusion far from the hectic pace of modern life, this idyllic retreat is a relaxing base from which you can explore all the many delights that the south west region has to offer. We enjoy an ideal location, central to the south-wests finest vineyards, restaurants and cafes, karri forests, magnificent coastline and awesome surf breaks.
Stylish boutique accommodation, nestled on a private rural property ensuring guests privacy and seclusion. Choice of one or two bedroom superbly appointed self contained spa cottages. Just minutes from Margaret River, a short drive west to beautiful Cowaramup Bay and not far from historic Ellensbrook Homestead.
TV Reception/Wi-Fi:
There are four main TV Channels: ABC, GWN, SBS and WIN. As we are situated within close proximity of the railway reserve bushland running alonside the property, signal strength on some days is limited and effects TV reception (particularly WIN).
Wi-Fi only available at reception area.
Note: All cottages are fitted with reverse cycle airconditioning. The ONLY cottage that also has a pot belly wood fuel fireplace is "BROOK COTTAGE". So please be careful when making your booking of which cottage you choose. Wood fire use is restricted to the months between May and mid October, in compliance with our fire safety management practices in place.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Please book carefully. We are a small business by taking a booking we hold the cottage especially for you in good faith. It is often difficult to rebook if cancelled at the last minute. Deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cut short your stay after it has commenced or less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be liable to pay for the whole amount of your stay. By making a confirmed booking you accept our terms conditions and cancellation policy.
This booking condition always applies to this room.
Minimum nights stay 2.
Please Note....
Easter weekend Xmas/New Year period and any long weekend if you cancel less than 21 days prior you will be liable for the whole amount of the stay.
All Leeuwin Concert bookings will not be refunded and full payment is taken as the cancelation fee
